Customer Service Role

This position involves interacting with customers and resolving their issues in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling initial customer enquiries across multiple channels, including internet, third-party platforms, SMS Connect, and social media.
  • Managing inbound calls from internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Creating and managing case tickets, ensuring timely and accurate customer responses.
  • Responding to customer requests and complaints received via website email, conducting thorough investigations.
  • Escalating relevant issues from email correspondence to appropriate stakeholders and following up promptly.
  • Reviewing and responding to customer correspondence received by post, investigating concerns and providing formal written responses.
  • Performing general administrative duties, including regular updates and maintenance of CRM data in compliance with data handling standards.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and strong conflict resolution skills.
  • High school certificate; full NSW driver's licence and case management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internal systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Purecloud.
  • Excellent telephone and letter-writing skills, confident conflict handling abilities, and the capability to work independently while meeting team and individual objectives.
