Do you have the passion for developing relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences over the phone? We are currently looking for an energetic and customer focused **Customer Interaction Consultant** to join our call Centre team located in the heart of **Parramatta**.
**Part of the Sime Darby Motors Group, we are passionate about exceeding expectations and providing our customers with outstanding service across the entire customer journey. **As a **Customer Interaction Consultant **at Sime Darby Motors Australia, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and our customers every day.
Reporting to the Customer Interaction Teams Leader, the Customer Interaction Consultant (Aftersales) plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
**In this role your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- Responsible for inbound and outbound aftersales customer communications across various brands and stores (including Parramatta BMW & MINI, Parramatta Jaguar and Parramatta Land Rover, and Denlo Volkswagen)
- Work in a team supporting the aftersales teams in Sime Darby Group by providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives

- A confident phone manner with the ability to convert inbound and outbound calls to appointments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to set standards and instructions in entering customer information and booking details.
- Interest and knowledge in the automotive industry is a plus
- Sound Microsoft Office and systems knowledge with fast and accurate data entry
- A learning orientation to maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products and services.
- A pleasant and courteous personality with a Customer First focus
The Customer Interaction Consultant role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experience, utilising their communication skills & maintaining a busy schedule.
