Accounts Clerk

Peter Warren Automotive Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Group Administration team as an Administration Clerk at our Warwick Farm location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing journals, daily RMS costings, and weekly CTP costings with accuracy and efficiency.
- General Accounting: Costing and processing of sales entries for New and Used car sales, to our retail, and wholesale customers; allocating daily banking entries, cash sales, and EFTPOS receipts, and applicable general ledger reconciliations.
- Office Administration: Ordering stationery, handling various forms and suppliers, electronic archiving/scanning, and physical file management.
- Processing data and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Providing general administration support to the relevant operations team, where required.
- Collaborating with other teams when projects assigned.
- Supporting and championing the PWAH policies and procedures.

- High-level interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve, and establish work priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team.
