About the Role
James Frizelle`s Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Warwick Farm Dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Process journals, daily RMS costings, and weekly CTP costings with accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial Administration: Handle costing and processing for used car sales, retail, and wholesale; allocate banking, cash sales, and EFTPOS receipts.
- Office Support: Order stationery, manage various forms and suppliers, electronic archiving/scanning, and physical file management.
- Communication: Ensure accuracy in all documentation, including spreadsheets, appointments, and bookings as required.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with other teams on assigned projects and provide general administration support to the relevant operations team.
- Quality and Compliance: Demonstrate a strong focus on quality, compliance, and accuracy requirements.
Requirements:
- Interpersonal Skills: High level of interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Time Management: Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve, and establish work priorities.
- Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team.
- Adaptability: Cooperate with any company policies and procedures.
