Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team. As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our residences are appropriately staffed at all times to deliver quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for effective rostering, staff scheduling, and communication with staff members to inform them of their schedules and any updates or important information related to their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and to meet the care requirements of residents.
  • Manage shift changes, leave, or time off and find suitable replacements when necessary to maintain staffing levels.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff members to inform them of their schedules, shift changes, and any updates or important information related to their work.
  • Collaborate with the facility's management team to align staffing needs with budgetary constraints and optimize workforce management.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations.
  • Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
  • Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
