Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Nurse to join our team. As a key member of the residential team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred and relationship-focused care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Advising and supporting the care delivery by the care staff
  • Educating and mentoring in clinical areas and processes
  • Consultative in case management and clinical decision making
  • Clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse
  • Implement and support a resident comfort focus


Requirements:

Availability on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday, or as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Availability on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday, or as needed
  • Flexibility to commit to a range of shifts including nights & weekends
  • Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative
  • Knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs
  • Strong Admin and computer skills
  • Current AHPRA registration with ideally 2-3 years' experience in an Aged Care setting
