About the Role

We're seeking a visionary ANZ Database GTM leader to join our Worldwide Specialist Organization Data and AI team. This is a unique opportunity to build new businesses, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Database technologies across ANZ.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue high-growth opportunities.
  • Foster close relationships with customer executives, building credibility and closing large revenue accounts.
  • Negotiate complex deals and manage cross-functional solutions-led growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in GTM, Sales, or Consulting.
  • 7+ years of experience with Database technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor.
  • Experience in negotiating complex deals and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.
