Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform demolition work safely, utilizing hand tools and power equipment to strip out modular buildings
  • Collecting reusable materials and removing debris from the site
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment through general house-keeping practices
  • Reporting to site management and maintaining open communication channels
  • Manual handling of materials and performing heavy lifting tasks

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in demolition or strip-out work
  • Asbestos removal certification is highly desirable but not mandatory for this role
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Commitment to working regular hours (38 hours per week) with potential overtime opportunities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship
  • Pass a pre-employment physical examination that includes a drug and alcohol test
