Rehabilitation Consultant

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with ADF personnel who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries. Your role will be to support their journey from rehab to healing by applying your clinical reasoning skills.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to take a holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the rehabilitation process. Key responsibilities include performing various assessments, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing, implementing, and monitoring rehabilitation plans based on service delivery outcomes.
