Rehabilitation Consultant

We deliver the highest standard in services across personal injury and occupational health. Our team focuses on recovery and function to get clients back to work and back to life, whatever their age, stage or situation.

  • We take a holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.
  • Our assessments are based on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness or trauma, medical specialists and other treatment providers.
  • We work across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting Veterans and current ADF members.

This is a unique opportunity as the only rehabilitation service provider to ADF personnel.

You will be part of a team that gets our military fully fit and ready to defend and protect Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking a holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Performing assessments based on clinical expertise.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Supporting ADF and DVA portfolios.
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology or Social Work.
  • Clinical reasoning.
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate.
