About the Role:
  • This role involves taking a holistic approach to rehabilitation, working within a multidisciplinary team to support clients from rehabilitation to healing.
  • Performing various assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders including employees who have suffered injury, illness or trauma, medical specialists, and treatment providers.
  • Working across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting Veterans and current ADF members.

The position will involve working across local ADF bases, with options for work from home. Location may vary between office settings and client sites.

Your Success Factors:
  • Current registration with relevant professional bodies.
  • Tertiary qualifications in related fields such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology or Social Work.
  • Clinical reasoning and ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for helping individuals rehabilitate and recover.
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly valued.
