About the Role

We're seeking a strategic Commercial Planning Analyst to lead data-driven strategy and automation across our operations.

This role combines ownership of commercial strategy with hands-on technical execution, enabling smarter scheduling, asset planning, and commercial performance.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to embed analytics into everyday decision-making and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and drive frameworks that improve technician scheduling, asset planning, and commercial performance.
  • Build dashboards, automate workflows, and maintain ERP data integrity to ensure decisions are based on clean, reliable data.
  • Work closely with GMs, operations, finance, field teams, and senior leadership to lead analysts and help executives interpret complex data to guide high-level decisions.
  • Standardize system configurations to make tools intuitive for schedulers, technicians, and admin teams.
  • Support pricing and margin analytics, contribute to tender strategy, and deliver insights that directly affect profitability and service delivery.
What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years in Business/Data Analysis or similar roles.
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA/macros), strong SQL (SSMS, ETL), and Power BI experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Python (pandas, numpy; optimization libraries like Gurobi a plus).
  • Strategic problem-solving with commercial acumen.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
