Job Description:

Cultivate long-term client relationships, oversee minor projects and ensure timely delivery of electrical services. Uphold high standards to enhance profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client needs, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance standards on project sites.
  • Oversee financial reports and ensure accurate monthly invoicing.
  • Identify growth opportunities and generate new business within existing accounts.
  • Lead project teams to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Deliver tailored solutions based on client needs and objectives.
  • Present regular account status and performance reports.
  • Evaluate and tender on project work to ensure competitive proposals.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years post-trade electrical experience.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management or Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
  • A current Unrestricted Electrical Licence.
  • A Cablers Licence (preferred).
  • A CPR & LV Rescue Certificate.
  • A Construction Industry General Safety Induction.
  • A current Manual Drivers Licence.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Experience in job estimating and quoting.
  • Budget management experience.
  • A strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and simPRO is considered an asset.
