
Electrical Infrastructure Manager

Accomplished professionals are sought for a key role in our electrical infrastructure team. As an Electrical Infrastructure Manager, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-voltage and substation projects that shape the nation's future.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction methodology and be able to provide valuable insights during the tender phase. They will also possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling them to work effectively with pre-contracts and estimating teams to develop accurate construction programs and resource plans.
A critical aspect of this role is the ability to participate in site visits and constructability reviews to inform bid strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of detailed construction programs for high-voltage and substation works, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
Additionally, they will evaluate engineering deliverables and procurement schedules to ensure seamless coordination of construction activities. Strong communication skills are essential to manage subcontractor performance and site logistics effectively.
As an Electrical Infrastructure Manager, you will maintain and monitor the master construction schedule, prioritizing critical path activities to drive project success. Accountable for project financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting, the successful candidate will work closely with commercial teams to manage subcontractor claims and variations.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical safety regulations and utility provider standards. A collaborative approach to working with design managers and consultants will ensure constructability and timely delivery of IFC drawings.
