Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at Macquarie University.

The successful candidate will work with expert advisory groups to design, implement, and evaluate interventions aimed at improving healthcare outcomes.

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for working closely with Primary Healthcare Networks and General Practices to co-design interventions and develop resource materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing evidence-based interventions
  • Coordinating with expert advisory groups to develop resource materials
  • Working with Primary Healthcare Networks and General Practices to refine interventions
  • Assisting with evaluation of implementation fidelity and program outcomes

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline, such as clinical medicine, psychology, or social science. They will also have demonstrated understanding of the Australian health system, experience in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection and analysis, and a track record of peer-reviewed publications.
