Retail Centers Operations Coordinator

Are you a skilled facilities manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Operations Manager to join our team.
As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our retail centers. This includes conducting weekly and monthly inspections, procuring services, managing essential systems, and developing preventative maintenance programs.
You will also be the primary contact for technical and maintenance advice across our portfolio of retail centers. Your strong communication skills and ability to analyze and resolve basic issues will be invaluable in this role.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a background in commercial/retail/industrial facilities management or a related industry. You will need to have significant work experience and demonstrated success in a similar role or related industry.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
