Claims Specialist

We seek an accomplished Claims Specialist to spearhead our claims management process.

The ideal candidate is a client-centric professional with expertise in conflict resolution, effective communication, and adept at managing complex claims.

  • Managing general insurance claims involves coordinating all facets of the claims process, ensuring timely and fair settlements for policyholders.
  • Providing high-quality technical advice and support to clients from initial notification to final settlement requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
  • Negotiating on behalf of the client necessitates strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport, and drive successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess:

  1. Previous experience handling claims demonstrates expertise and knowledge of the claims process.
  2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role showcases exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills enable the individual to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
