Fleet Coordinator Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fleet strategies to optimize national portfolio of assets.
  • Lead full lifecycle management from acquisition to end-of-life, ensuring compliance and sustainability.
  • Act as subject matter expert for fleet and MHE operations, partnering with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and future-ready solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or fleet/MHE management.
  • Certification in project or asset management; forklift license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong knowledge of fleet systems, MHE specs, and WHS compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
