We're seeking a detail-driven Fleet and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Coordinator to oversee the management and optimization of our national portfolio of over 1,000 assets.

About the Role:

This pivotal role involves executing our lifecycle strategy—from acquisition to disposal—while embedding best practices, driving sustainability, and ensuring compliance across a complex, multi-site network.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute CSR's MHE & Tool of Trade fleet strategy
  • Lead full lifecycle management—from acquisition to end-of-life
  • Act as SME for fleet, MHE, and battery/fuel requirements across sites
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers
  • Develop standards, policies, and training for national deployment
  • Integrate telematics and asset tools to enhance visibility and analytics
  • Champion sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or fleet/MHE management
  • Certification in project or asset management; forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of fleet systems, MHE specs, and WHS compliance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing or distribution environments
