We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Blackburn (Box Hill) location. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction through expert service and consultation
- Process sales efficiently and accurately
- Develop trusted relationships with customers and provide advice on tile selection and bathroom solutions
- Conduct efficient follow-ups with customers and maintain the overall look of the store
- Assist with other duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge to trade customers and builders
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and service roles
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Administrative skills and technological aptitude
- Physically able to handle heavy products
