Trade Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Expert to join our team at Beaumont Tiles in Blackburn. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist with day-to-day administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or trade environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Administrative skills and proficiency in using technology to manage sales and customer data.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy products, as required.
