Trade Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Specialist to join our team at Beaumont Tiles Blackburn (Box Hill) location.
As a Sales and Service Specialist, you will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and offering a consultative approach to service. Your role will be to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, whilst achieving the team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Generate sales and ensure success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately
- Conduct efficient follow-ups with customers and maintain the overall look for the store
- Assist with other duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders
- Bring positivity and energy to the team, be motivated to succeed, and constantly develop your industry knowledge
- Previous experience in a similar role involving sales and service
- Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a retail, sales, or service environment
- Administrative skills and technologically savvy
- Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
