Consumer Protection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Consumer Protection Specialist to join our team and lead investigations, develop plans, and provide advice on industry trends.
About the Role- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expertise on consumer behavior and industry patterns.
- Contribute to ACCC positions on legislative reform, leveraging technical knowledge of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Your Skills and Experience
- Comprehensive understanding of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) and ability to apply consumer protection provisions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing investigations and/or projects, including efficient resource allocation and achievement of standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling complex information to be communicated effectively to various audiences.
