About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registered or eligible registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- At least 5 years post-registration experience as a Registered Midwife
- Leadership or management experience in healthcare
- Experience managing and leading complex projects
- Experience guiding services or organizations through extensive change
- Knowledge of contemporary management practices in healthcare
- Ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams
