About the role
An exciting opportunity exists as an Aboriginal Team Leader to be a part of improving the health of the Aboriginal community and be a leader to support others in their early careers, with the aim of improving access to services.
The role is within a newly established Aboriginal team, working in a supportive team environment, supporting the Aboriginal community to access services; from providing referrals, assistance attending appointments and support during appointments.
The Team Leader role will work with broader health teams and report to the Aboriginal Coordinator – Mental Health Services. Supported with an orientation to the role, professional development opportunities and cultural mentoring.
