About The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Aboriginal Team Leader to join our team and contribute to the improvement of health services for the Aboriginal community.

The role is within a newly established Aboriginal team, working in a collaborative and supportive environment. As a Team Leader, you will play a key part in supporting the Aboriginal community to access healthcare services, providing referrals, assistance with appointments, and support during these interactions.

Working closely with broader health teams and reporting to the Aboriginal Coordinator – Mental Health Services, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities and cultural mentoring.
