Loan Services Officer Retail Discharges Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled Loan Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our banking services group, you'll play a crucial role in the preparation of loan security, ancillary and discharge documentation.

In this full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based at either Ipswich (QLD) or Adelaide (SA) locations, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate data loading to all Bank systems, databases and repositories, ensuring timely settlement.

  • Book discharge/settlement requests
  • Prepare discharge documentation and organise settlements
  • Calculate loan payout figures
  • Meet productivity targets and update output statistics for reporting purposes

As a Loan Services Officer - Retail Discharges, you'll need:

  • Proactive and innovative approach to customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work under tight timeframes with prioritisation
  • Highly accurate approach with strong attention to detail
