Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Home Loan Specialist located in Brisbane, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Home Loan Specialist will be responsible for providing mortgage advice, processing loan applications, and liaising with customers to ensure a seamless lending experience. Daily tasks include analyzing client needs, recommending suitable loan products, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards throughout the loan process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Loans and loan products
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Proficient with digital tools and platforms used in the mortgage industry
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or related fields are advantageous
