We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loan Services Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time permanent position based on site in our Ipswich Regional Office, where you will play a critical role in enabling prosperity and sustainability in Australian communities.
  • You will be responsible for assisting with loan preparation, data loading, and customer service, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking of Discharge/Settlement Requests
  • Preparation of discharge documentation and organisation of discharge settlements
  • Calculation of loan payout figures
  • Meet agreed productivity targets and ensure that output statistics are updated for reporting purposes
  • Maintain a high standard of service delivery ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with service standards

  • Must possess excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes with the ability to prioritise
  • Highly accurate approach with strong attention to detail
