We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Loan Services Officer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining current file status in appropriate systems
  • Ensuring correctness of documents tendered for stamping and lodging for registration
  • Attending/arranging stamping and lodging for registration of all loan security documents at various offices
  • Ensuring appropriate cheques are submitted for stamping and registration of documents and all general ledgers/suspense accounts are accurately reconciled
  • Meeting any agreed productivity targets and ensuring that output statistics are updated to management reporting purposes on a daily basis
  • Maintaining a high standard of service delivery, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with service standards

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Someone energetic, enthusiastic, and co-operative
  • Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes with the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work full time, onsite 5 days per week
