About the role

As a Tax Advisory Specialist, you will work alongside experienced tax partners to manage client briefs, assist junior team members, and build relationships directly with client stakeholders. Key responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering and implementing tax advice, such as tax structuring strategies
  • Preparing and reviewing technical tax advice, reports, and due diligence documents
  • Identifying and addressing tax risks, applying global and local quality control processes and risk procedures
  • Supervising and mentoring junior tax professionals
  • Providing commentary on recent developments in taxation to Federal Treasury, the Australian Taxation Office, and the media
About you

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years of corporate tax experience
  • CA or CPA qualifications or equivalent (or CTA in progress)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to enhance client relationships
  • An ambitious mindset, ready to take on new challenges and opportunities for growth
Compensation and benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. This is a premium rate for a senior consulting role in the tax industry. In addition to a competitive salary, our client offers a range of benefits, including:
