Tax Advisory Director for Employment Tax

At KPMG, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Advisory Director for Employment Tax to join our team in either Sydney or Brisbane. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor junior team members while delivering advisory and compliance services to clients across various industries.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong experience in tax compliance and advisory work, particularly in employment tax matters. As a Tax Advisory Director, you will be responsible for consulting with Australia's largest employers on their Fringe Benefit Tax, payroll tax, PAYG withholding, and Superannuation Guarantee obligations.
In this role, you will also contribute to the development of our employment tax compliance solutions, including the use of data analytics and robotic process automation. Additionally, you will help resolve disputes and investigations with tax authorities, grow our national network, and shape our future employment tax offerings.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employment tax matters to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement employment tax compliance solutions, leveraging data analytics and robotic process automation.
- Collaborate with the national team to grow our client base and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage and resolve disputes and investigations with tax authorities, protecting our clients' interests.

What We Offer:
As a Tax Advisory Director at KPMG, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous remuneration package, you will have access to:
