Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Employment Solutions team. The successful candidate will provide specialist tax advisory services to clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consulting and advising on FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG and employee versus contractor matters
  • Providing international assignment consulting and compliance services
  • FBT policy and procedure development
  • Payroll Tax compliance
  • Designing and implementing share plans for C-suite and all other levels
  • Teaming with data and technology experts to help design automated tools
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Law, Mathematics or similar
  • Experience in a similar or complimentary role
  • Demonstrates ability to build relationships and work independently
  • Strong research and legal interpretation skills
  • Proactive approach to client relationships and cross selling of services
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to join our dynamic Employment Solutions team. We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus benefits including a 9-day fortnight, flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
