About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a fixed-term opportunity at our Ballarat campus. The successful candidate will provide quality customer service support to current and prospective ACU students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face, email, phone, live chat, SMS, and other enquiry-type support.
  • Case-manage enquiries and be the first point of call for the ACU community.

What We Offer:

  • A total remuneration package valued at $95,827 - $103,735 per annum, including a salary component of $80,975 - $87,658 per annum.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible staff.
  • Annual leave loading of 17.5% of four weeks' salary payable.
