- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements prioritising exceptional education and care for children at centre-based services.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues in the early childhood education team.
- Cultivate excellent rapport with parents through our home-school partnership programme.
- Possesses a completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Holds a valid Working With Children's Check WWCC and relevant First Aid Certificates.
- Demonstrates prior experience in Early Childhood Education.
- Exhibits exceptional communication and classroom management skills.
- Displays a genuine passion for making a positive impact on a collaborative and focused team.
- Is committed to providing high-quality care and possesses a love for children.
