About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Technology Director to join our team at Intelligen Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing our data vision, providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions, and managing client engagements to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical oversight and support for all data and analytics projects, ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions and addressing complex issues.
  • Client Engagement: Define project deliverables, secure client buy-in from top management, and ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Spearhead the development and expansion of our data and analytics practice, leading efforts in business development and providing strategic direction to enhance service delivery and solidify our market presence.
  • Team Performance: Foster a high-performance culture by implementing effective team strategies, providing mentorship, and supporting career growth, focusing on maximizing productivity and job satisfaction to elevate team and individual performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 12 years across Data, Analytics, Engineering & Cloud, with over 5 years in consulting, strategy, and solution delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of the modern tech stack, with a hands-on approach when needed, solid grasp of data governance and data quality management.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially with executive leadership.
  • Insight: Ability to translate complex technical data into strategic business insights.
