About the Role

As the Platform Delivery Manager for Suncorp's Customer Data Platform, you will play a key role in delivering high-performance data solutions and ensuring platform health across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate delivery activities across the Customer Data Platform, balancing time, scope, cost, risk, and quality to meet key targets.
  • Engage closely with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and Scrum Masters to prioritize backlogs, manage interdependencies, and drive high-value outcomes.
  • Oversee platform health and ensure platform reliability by managing incident responses, production support, and service transitions.
  • Develop a comprehensive view of platform risks, manage budgets, perform financial reporting, and ensure governance compliance.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A university degree in computer science or a related field is desirable.
  • 7+ years in the financial sector with a minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally within technology environments, pipeline and costs management.
  • Proficiency in Agile and PMBOK project methodologies, strong technical background in data solutions and production support, and advanced stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to inspire teams, prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, and communicate effectively at all levels.
