
Strategic Merchant Partnership Manager

The role of a Merchant Success Specialist is to partner with high-value merchants, providing direct support and strategic problem-solving expertise. The successful candidate will foster long-lasting relationships with merchants through exceptional customer service and proactive issue resolution. Key responsibilities include collaborating with merchant partners, troubleshooting issues, promoting retention and overall merchant success, and performing daily outreach to proactively resolve problems.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or G-Suite
- Experience in providing advisory and partnership-level support through proactive and reactive interactions with customers
- Ability to advocate for customer experience within a team or initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
