Our company is seeking a skilled Merchant Partnership Specialist to collaborate with our highest-value merchants and provide exceptional support. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our merchant partners.
About the RoleThis position involves partnering with merchants to address their pressing issues, providing strategic problem-solving, and delivering top-notch customer service. You will work closely with our merchant partners to build long-lasting relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with merchants to troubleshoot critical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with merchant partners through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Promote retention and overall merchant success by providing tailored support and guidance.
- Daily phone outreach to proactively resolve issues and enhance merchant satisfaction.
- Prioritize and escalate issues in collaboration with our teams to ensure seamless resolution.
- Solutions-focused mindset prioritizing merchant success above all else.
- Validate and track merchant feedback to inform updates to our products and tools.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite/G-Suite.
- Proven ability to provide advisory and partnership-level support through both proactive and reactive interactions.
- Experience advocating for customer experience within a team or initiative.
- A passion for process improvement and driving business growth.
