Merchant Partnership Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Merchant Partnership Specialist to collaborate with our highest-value merchants and provide exceptional support. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our merchant partners.

About the Role

This position involves partnering with merchants to address their pressing issues, providing strategic problem-solving, and delivering top-notch customer service. You will work closely with our merchant partners to build long-lasting relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with merchants to troubleshoot critical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with merchant partners through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Promote retention and overall merchant success by providing tailored support and guidance.
  • Daily phone outreach to proactively resolve issues and enhance merchant satisfaction.
  • Prioritize and escalate issues in collaboration with our teams to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Solutions-focused mindset prioritizing merchant success above all else.
  • Validate and track merchant feedback to inform updates to our products and tools.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite/G-Suite.
  • Proven ability to provide advisory and partnership-level support through both proactive and reactive interactions.
  • Experience advocating for customer experience within a team or initiative.
  • A passion for process improvement and driving business growth.
