About the Role:

We are looking for professionals who can build lasting relationships with our merchants, providing them with exceptional customer service and strategic problem-solving skills. As a key member of our Merchant Experience team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our merchants on our platform.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

- Collaborating with merchants to troubleshoot important issues via phone and web
- Building strong relationships with merchant partners by being their main contact and expert
- Promoting retention and overall merchant success through high-quality service
- Performing daily outreach to proactively resolve issues for merchants
- Prioritizing and escalating issues in partnership with our teams
- Managing conflicting deadlines and ensuring cross-functional collaboration

You Will Thrive In This Role If You:

- Have 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer support
- Are proficient in Microsoft suite or G-Suite
- Have experience providing advisory and partnership-level support to customers
- Can advocate for customer experience within a team or initiative
- Enjoy thinking about new opportunities for process improvement
