Merchant Experience Specialist

As a key member of our operations teams, the Customer Experience and Support Operations team ensures that when there are bumps in the last mile, there's always someone there to help make things right. Our team designs and manages a global network of support centers to create exceptional customer experiences, with the ultimate goal of delivering outstanding customer experiences as reliably as possible.

About the Role

We're seeking experienced professionals to partner with high-value merchants, solving their most pressing issues and improving overall merchant experience. As a Merchant Experience Specialist, you'll play a crucial role within the Merchant Experience team, providing direct contact for all support needs and focusing on ensuring merchant success on our platform. You'll build long-lasting relationships with merchants through excellent customer service and strategic problem-solving.

  • Collaborating and troubleshooting important issues for merchants via phone and web
  • Building relationships with merchant partners by being the main contact and expert for a portfolio of merchants
  • Promoting retention and overall merchant success through personalized service
  • Performing daily phone outreach to proactively resolve issues for merchants
  • Prioritizing and escalating issues in partnership with our teams
  • Holding a solutions-focused mindset, promoting merchant success above all else
  • Validating and tracking merchant feedback to inform updates to our products and tools
We're Excited About You Because:
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite / G-Suite
  • Experience providing advisory and partnership-level support through both proactive and reactive interactions with customers
  • Experience advocating for customer experience within a team or initiative
  • A passion for thinking about new opportunities for process improvement
