Job Responsibilities- Lead a passionate national Talent team committed to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Nurture a positive team culture while driving strategic talent sourcing and partnering opportunities.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape recruitment-driven workforce planning, embed diversity and inclusion strategies, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Proven leadership managing national or multi-state talent acquisition teams within a large complex service industry.
- Expertise in strategic, recruitment-focused workforce planning, sourcing, and high-volume recruitment.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, including leadership of Indigenous recruitment initiatives aligned with our Reconciliation Action Plan.
