As the Talent Acquisition & Early Careers coordinator, you will support the Head of Talent and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants to facilitate our Early Careers programs across Urbis & Cistri as well as contribute to the teams operational effectiveness, core projects and exciting TA strategies to help shape an exceptional candidate experience.
As a Talent Acquisition & Early Careers coordinator, every day is different
You'll make an impact by:
Supporting the Student Internship program lead with the co-ordination of Early Careers activities as required, as well being our central liaison with universities for ongoing engagement initiatives
Creating regular impactful Talent Acquisition analytics that provide insights and opportunities for improvement
Managing relationships with external vendors, including ATS vendor, recruitment agencies other important partnerships where required
Supporting and elevate the integration of the Urbis & Cistri Employer brand throughout the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
Crafting impactful internal and external communications

A Bachelor degree within Human Recourses, Business or related field along with 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a related field is highly advantageous.
