The opportunity & how you will make an impact.
In People & Culture, you'll shape culture, drive innovation, and create the foundations that help every part of our business thrive - so together we can deliver greater impact for our people, our clients and communities. As the Talent Acquisition & Early Careers coordinator, you will support the Head of Talent and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants to facilitate our Early Careers programs across Urbis & Cistri as well as contribute to the teams operational effectiveness, core projects and exciting TA strategies to help shape an exceptional candidate experience.
As a Talent Acquisition & Early Careers coordinator, every day is different You'll make an impact by:
- Supporting the Student Internship program lead with the co-ordination of Early Careers activities as required, as well being our central liaison with universities for ongoing engagement initiatives
- Creating regular impactful Talent Acquisition analytics that provide insights and opportunities for improvement
- Managing relationships with external vendors, including ATS vendor, recruitment agencies other important partnerships where required
- Supporting and elevate the integration of the Urbis & Cistri Employer brand throughout the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
- Crafting impactful internal and external communications
