Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Operations Manager to join our team. This role will involve working closely with centre directors across Brisbane, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement systems and operational processes for effective day-to-day management of each centre.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to centre leaders and staff on the Early Years Learning Framework and program delivery.
  • Maintain open communication with staff, children, and families at each centre.
  • Ensure centres operate according to legislative requirements and the National Quality Framework.
  • Manage centre budgets and expenditure efficiently.
  • Mentor managers and staff to achieve professional goals and high performance levels.
  • Manage internal and external reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.
  • Must have experience as an Area Manager managing multiple childcare services simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to travel regularly to centres.
  • Current blue card, first aid certification, asthma, and anaphylaxis training.
  • High level of knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
  • Ability to influence and mentor a large team.
  • Excellent leadership, people, and time management skills.
  • High level of understanding of operational best practice.
  • Work ethic that embraces integrity and reliability.
