Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior operations leader to join our team.

You will be responsible for leading and enhancing embedded practice across services, implementing programming strategies, safety protocols, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives.

As a senior leader, you will be expected to take ownership of your area and drive results-oriented initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a genuine desire for change, and a strong understanding of internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance embedded practice across services
  • Implement programming strategies, safety protocols, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives
  • Coach and mentor teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge cascading
  • Responsibility across rostering, financials, and community engagement
  • Critical reflection and planning to support child outcomes in service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in OSHC or childcare industry required
  • Experience as an Area Manager
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
  • Current first aid and driver's license
