Job Description:

As a key member of the regional Humes business, you will be responsible for driving overall business performance and growth. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to maximize opportunities with existing and new clients, delivering agreed sales and operational targets, and contributing to the company's strategic direction.

Key areas of focus include SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), financial management, reporting, leadership, people development, sales and marketing, market position, credit management, industrial relations, and operations management. You will work closely with a large and professional team to achieve business goals and develop relationships with major clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy manufacturing management, preferably in the civil construction industry. Engineering and/or commercial qualifications are desirable, as is experience in pivotal leadership positions. A positive, resilient, and goal-oriented nature, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
