Frontline Banking Ambassador

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail banking services team.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to kick-start their career in banking.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customers' transactional banking needs, processing transactions, educating customers on digital banking options, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers, and CommFX
- Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously while maintaining team engagement and collaboration
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
