We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our frontline fuel team as Customer Service Ambassadors. Our ideal candidates will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Promoting products and offers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Operating point of sale systems and monitoring fuel/stock deliveries
- Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- A confident attitude and energetic approach to every day
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
