About the Role:
Our customer service ambassadors are the first point of contact for patients in medical centres. They provide information and instructions to guide patients through the assessment process.
We are Looking for:
A casual customer service ambassador to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will be available for weekend work during peak season and have excellent communication skills to ensure patient questions and concerns are addressed professionally.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate a customer-focused approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need well-developed communication skills, sound IT and computer skills, and the ability to work effectively within a structured framework.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
